Research: After completing my Masters (gold medalist) in Biochemistry (2003) I had the Department of Biosciences, National Chemical Laboratory Pune, India.
In 2007 I was awarded a highly prestigious and competitive central government fellowship, CSIR-Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) to pursue my Ph.D. In 2012 I was awarded my Ph.D. degree in Biotechnology with specialization in Nano biotechnology. After Ph.D. I joined the Department of Chemistry, Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Pune, India as a Post-Doctoral Research Associate.
